Refund & Return Policy
1. Returns & Exchanges
14-Day Return Window: You may return items within 14 days from the delivery date if they are in like-new condition with no visible wear or damage.

Warranty Coverage:

Returns due to manufacturer defects (covered under warranty) qualify for free return shipping.

Returns for non-warranty reasons (e.g., buyer’s remorse) require the buyer to cover return shipping costs.

⚠️ What’s NOT Covered:

Damage from accidents, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

Color/material fading due to sunlight exposure.

Items that have come into contact with water.

2. Order Cancellation Policy
Pre-Shipment Cancellation:

You may cancel your order anytime before it ships, provided the request is made within 24 hours of purchase (for immediate cancellations).

If the order has not yet been processed for shipping, we will issue a full refund.

Order Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

To initiate a return:

Pack the Item:

Include the original packaging, order number, and a brief reason for return.

Securely seal the package to prevent damage in transit.
